The Customer understands ALL parts must be verified via email with part diagrams OR in person at the Brandon Store Branch before ordering.
If orders are submitted without email addresses, they are not considered valid and they will be deleted.
If the customer does not have an email address, they MUST come into the Brandon store to have parts verified by the Parts Manager.
Parts are NON RETURNABLE. If the customer agrees that this is the correct part, once ordered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. No exceptions.
Charge account customers will have their account charged at the time of approval before ordering.
Customer supplied part numbers must still be verified with the Parts Manager.
